By downloading, installing, or using MysticFate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

MysticFate provides algorithmically generated entertainment content including but not limited to:

Tarot card spreads and interpretations
Blessing/fortune messages
Numerology and compatibility analysis
Moon phase tracking

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

All content provided by MysticFate is for entertainment and spiritual exploration purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Predictions are algorithmically generated and carry no guarantee of accuracy or outcome
Content should NOT be relied upon for financial, medical, legal, psychological, or any other professional decisions
The App does not claim supernatural or psychic abilities
Results are randomized and vary based on input parameters and date
You should always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases including:

Subscription Plans — Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual plans for premium features
Coin Packages — Virtual currency used for premium blessings and features

All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled through Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Subscription Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through Google Play Settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by MysticFate and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Circumvent any security measures or rate limits
Use automated systems to access the App
Misrepresent the App's content as professional advice to others

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSTICFATE AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.

You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
