In this step, according to your needs, set the corresponding fields, taking myself as an example, my need is to record my daily itinerary and intelligently classify and summarize the itinerary, therefore, I set a total of 6 columns, namely
- Itinerary: That is, the headline of the daily itinerary, such as writing an official account
- Date: The date of the itinerary can be automatically recorded by the multi-dimensional form without filling in by yourself
- Classification: Automatically categorized by deepseek
- Description: Describe the specifics of the trip
- Summary: Deepseek summarizes the content of the itinerary you describe
- Attachment: The picture files corresponding to the itinerary are uploaded by myself

(1) Title: Just fill in a field name yourself
(2) Field type: Select the field type as “Classification”, and click “Explore Field Shortcut” to select Category
(3) Category: Click “Add Category” to set your own summary categories here, such as my categories: learning, entertainment, sports, and notes, so I set these 4 categories
(4) Configuration: This step mainly sets which field you want the AI to classify based on, and what is the sentence of the classification

3. Build a form
One of the cores of using this system is that every time you record, you don’t have to open the form for recording, every time you open the form, it’s really irritating, and you can’t last 2 days before giving up, and the form input form of Feishu multi-dimensional form is very easy to use, the steps are as follows
1. Click the “+” sign above to create a new form view
2. After the form view is created, set the form fields as needed, which are optional and which are required, if it is AI-generated, we can set it as optional or delete the corresponding field, finally, my form settings are as follows:
Itinerary and description are required, attachments are optional, and the date, classification, and summary of the three fields are automatically updated by AI, so my form does not display these fields.
Of course, you can fill in it yourself, if you set these 3 fields, then AI will not automatically generate it for you
3. Turn on sharing
After the form is set up, you can open it for sharing, so that you can directly save the QR code or link in WeChat, and open it on WeChat every day to fill in the form and easily record it
